Dry powder flow additive for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA5502 is an effective dry powder flow aid designed for improving fluidity of dry powder coatings, controlling coating film thickness and enhancing electrostatic spray efficiency and so on.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® SA5502 is recommended to be used as an electrostatic spray modifier or flow aid to use in powder coatings based on: PES/TGIC,PES/HAA, hybrid, PU and epoxy, acrylate, especially metallic finish, texture and artistic finish powders.
　 ● Improving fluidity of dry powder coatings and anti caking.
　 ● Controlling Film thickness.
　 ● Increasing electrostatic spray efficiency.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Firstly, prepare an appropriate base coating powder followed by incorporating SA5502 into the said powder, then dry blending using a proper mixer.
　 ● The use level is 0.1-0.5% based on total formula by weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined fiber drums. Net weight 10 kg per drum.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
